TAYLOR'S MY GOOD LUCK CHARM! ANOTHER COUPONING VOYAGE WITH TAY! :)

So if you are wondering why me and Taylor are together a lot, and go into town a lot, it's because we have volleyball practice every Wednesday and Friday, so we leave early to do some couponing!! :)

So... here is how it went. (I started out with $20 in Up+Rewards from L'Oreal and the Spin Brush toothbrush deals last week.) Our first stop was to a Rite Aid. At Rite Aid this week they have a deal where all Garnier products are BOGO 50% off, and wyb 3 products, you get a $10 Up+Reward back (limit 2 per card). So...in order to get the best deal you needed to buy these in increments of 2, so I bought 6 so I would get $20 in Up+Rewards back.

  • (2) Garnier Moisture Rescue Fresh Cleansing Foam $5.99
  • (2) Garnier Nutri-Pure Gel Cleanser $6.29
  • (1) Garnier The Ultimate Cleanser 3-Way Cleanser $6.29
  • (1) Garnier Nutri-Pure Oil-Free 25 wet towelettes $6.29
**I didn't have any coupons, so I used my $10 Up+Reward for buying the L'Oreal Youth Code, and I paid $15.16 w/ tax, and I got back (2) $10 Up+Rewards!!! (TAYLOR DID THIS DEAL TOO ON HER CARD.)

Next, I got 2 Kid's Sunglasses for $6.99 each, and they were BOGO 50% off, making my total $10.48, and I used (2) $5 Up+Rewards that I had from the Spinbrush deal last week, making my total $1.11 w/ tax!! I got back a $5 Up+Reward for purchasing kids sunglasses.
Then, me and Taylor went to a different Rite Aid on our way up to volleyball practice, and I got the following.

  • (1) Physician's Formula Bronzer $13.95-50% off clearance = $6.97
  • (1) Physician's Formula Eye Shimmer Strips eye-shadow $10.95-50% off clearance = $5.47
I had no coupons, so I used (1) $10 Up+Reward that I got back from the Garnier products from the previous store, making my total $3.19 w/ tax!!

Then, me and Taylor headed off to Walgreen's, and there I spotted in their ad Kleenex 70ct was on sale for $.99!! And I had $1/1 coupons, making them $.01 moneymakers!!! Free!! So I got 20 of them! I didn't clear the shelves, they had literally 100 left.

Then, I saw that they had some Cortaid regularly $3.99, and it was ringing up $2.99 (unadvertised price), and I had some $3/1 Cortaid coupons left, making them $.01 money makers too!! FREE!
Next, I bought some Right Guard deodorant for $2.99, and they were BOGO, so I got (4) of them, and I used (2) $2/2 printable coupons, making the total $2.00, and I thought I was going to recieve $4 back in RR for purchasing 4 of them. But the RR didn't print, and I was bummed! :( So because I didn't want to pay for deodorant I didn't need, I returned them, and the cashier gave me $3.17 back for the 2!! So I made $3.50 or something like that after my total! :)

So, with that $3.50 moneymaker for returning the Right Guard, I bought...
  • (1) Dickinson's Witch Hazel Astringent $2.99 on sale, and has a Try Me Free Rebate on it!
  • (1) Lypsol Chap-stick $2.99 --has a Try Me Free Rebate on it!
Total: $6.12, and I used the $3.50 MM from the Right Guard, so really I am making money on these items after I submit for the rebates!
WHOO HOO!! Good deals today, and more coming tomorrow! :)
