Walmart has Almay 15ct eye make-up remover pads for $1.14. There is a $2.00/1 Almay Cosmetic in the 8/5 SS coupon, which gives you $0.86 in overage on every single one! :) Usually Walmart's don't stock that great, but I was able to find 1 in my store!
